Con artists thrillers are just TOO good!!! Bea was such a well rounded protagonist to follow. She knew what she wanted and how to play the game but that didn’t stop her from making decisions she knew she would regret. The chapters from her past really gave us a good look into her relationship with her mother and all the lives she lived to get here. The cat and mouse game that ensues was just wow. I can’t believe how quickly I read this book like I devoured it. The ending could have been better because it felt rushed but it made complete sense while also surprising me. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.
