Filled to the brim with amazing premises, failed in execution in my opinion. Maybe it was just the audiobook narrator's voice acting that made me hate Katherine, but I think that her character (and most of part 1 of this book) could have been cut from the story entirely without changing anything significantly.
 Ultimately, there were so many things that I liked about this story and so many ideas that were interesting, but the execution was fairly poor, in my opinion.
