Okay this isn't my usual vibe but I actually really loved it. The first chapter or two gripped me right off the bat. I finished this in two days.

I liked Faith and Luke, although both were very stereotypical for these kinds of novels and didn't seem to have a ton of depth. Faith is a smartass with a troubled past, Luke is a handsome FBI agent with big dick energy and a good heart. Absolute classics, but again, not highly in-depth.

The plot was fun! I had several theories evolving as I read and by about 60-70% I had kinda figured it out but didn't have fine details ironed out yet, which was definitely what kept me reading. Some of the logic of the killer at the end felt a little open-ended, like some small stuff just didn't make a ton of sense? But it wasn't gaping plot holes so I don't really care 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't think I'll read the one that doesn't have Faith and Luke in it but the next one that does is going on my tbr. A quick and entertaining read without it being convoluted 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
