The writing was extremely gorgeous, which I wouldn’t expect anything less coming from Adrienne Young. Unfortunately this one hasn’t been my favorite. It was kind of slow and didn’t have enough magic realism. Like seriously had almost none. The ending was also kind of unsatisfying. Definitely a little bit of a disappointment.
