Edit: I had to go back to bump up the rating. To be honest, I already knew it was a smutty book and willingly read it, I’m conscious this is not a genre I personally like AND it has all the wrongs things but somehow this works so it’s only fair that besides the smut I get to review it fairly.

At this point I’m not even going to make excuses. But BookTok made me do it. I never laughed so hard in my life, but to be honest, the khui stuff was so disgusting. So besides the awful smut, the plot was good, actually I believe that if this wasn’t a smutty book and more plot based it would be actually a really great sci-fi series. Am I going to read the rest of the books? Nobody knows.
