While some of the characters were way too on the nose to feel anywhere near realistic, the mystery build-up was reasonably good. The biggest short fall for me was the rushed ending.
There are too many loose ends at the end of the book, to give the reader any sense of closure. Why was Patrick in Leyla's room? What was the motivation behind Crystal's actions? What piece of evidence exactly did Archie find out to put himself at risk and how did the confrontation occur? What exactly did Tina uncover in the paperwork sent by Goodall?
How this book received an overall 4+ rating is beyond me.
