Marie Curie by Maria Isabel Sánchez Vegara

3.0

Could be so much better, esp. if it were more child-oriented and paid more attention to details. E.g. what are children supposed to do with passages like this: "Hidden away in their laboratory, Marie and Pierre discovered two incredible things: radium and polonium. It was such a thrilling moment for science!"

And most importantly: how come the initials on her book in university are "M. C." even though, as the book itself tells us, she took on the name Curie only later?
