I have no idea if I should like this book as much as I did!
I have always had such a dislike for Levana and this book really didn't change that, but it gave me a look into why she is the way she is.

I developed mixed feeling for her, I both felt such pity for her and at the same a pure hatred.
I love hearing back stories for villains and normally they give a logical explanation as to why the villain went down this path, but for Levana, there was no reason, she was just a terrible person, like her sister, and her parents!

The relationship was the worst! I felt so creeped out with how Levana pretty much forced Evret to have feelings for her and even then it was never real. There were so many times I was saying "Damn Levana play it cool girl!" but, no that wouldn't have even helped.

I don't think I can properly get out my full feelings, all I know is that I understand why people want to get her off the throne.
