I truly love anything SJM does. This was a great addition to the Crescent City series and it was so nice to see all the growth from book one to now. The world-building in this one was incredible and I thought it was cool to see parts we haven't seen before. Bryce is a bad-ass bitch as always and I'm obsessed with her. The crossover was done well, and it was really cool to see some colliding worlds. I love these characters so much. But I do feel like there was a lot of info dumping at points. It all made sense in the end, but sometimes I felt like I was waiting for action to happen. When the action was happening though I was fully on edge of my seat. I also thought the magic was unique here and it was interesting to see another side of that classic SJM element. I can't get enough of this series, but I was quite happy with how it "concluded" at least for now. Love my man's Hunt too and was grateful to see more of him throughout the book. It was fun to see the POV's from other characters as well. No wrong done from my Queen Sarah.
