I'm unfortunately disappointed in this entry in the series. The writing and editing quality declined from the first two books, and I found myself disbelieving quite a few decisions and perspectives of Mary. Her character practically isn't recognizable anymore, but without enough time dedicated to making her character development believeable. I would have loved to see some of the things that happened in this book happen later on in the series with more time for Mary to change believably.
