The only reasons I’m giving this 3.5 stars instead of 5 is because there weren’t triggers warnings - and for some it might not be a suitable book to read. Overall, it was a good read, but sometimes I got confused if the characters were in present or past. At first I didn’t understand why there wasn’t a point of view from dad more, but it makes sense when I got to the last chapter. That was something I wasn’t expecting and thought it would be something else. Loved how it was a quick read - just would appreciate the trigger warnings.
