This was a mish-mash but there were valuable parts. It's a collection of essays and other writings by various authors. Some pieces were hits, other misses, and I think it's because it's trying to be everything in one volume, from science theory to activist cookbook with a sprinkle of poetry. The best parts were the chapter introductions by the main author and editor, and those expended would be enough for a great book. I annotated some parts and skipped some, so...
