It Lasts Forever and Then It's Over by Anne de Marcken

this book is such a unique concept. basically told through the perspective of a grieving, sentient zombie. It sounds funny, but it was actually heartbreaking.
I definitely did not do it justice by reading it over a long period of time, it could’ve easily been read in one shot, but I just haven’t been able to sit down and focus on reading for long periods of time…
I did enjoy this but I didn’t fully connect to it as much as I would’ve liked to. books about grief are so special though, because you just know that the author has personally experienced it
