I picked this up from Kindle unlimited because I LOVE TJRs historical fiction and anything written through letters is up my alley. Overall, I liked the mature/subdued nature of the relationship in this book. It felt realistic and swoon worthy at the same time. I can’t justify putting it in the LOVED status only because it was so short and I easily could’ve read a full length novel of this. But, if you have KU I would definitely recommend picking this up and tandem reading with the audio book! I did this and it was such an immersive experience.
