The Death of Bunny Munro by Nick Cave
3.0
“I just found this world a hard place to be good in,” says Bunny.
I love Nick Cave and his writing. Raw poetry in the way he portrays world as it is. Nothing more, nothing less. I found these things in the book hidden, they showed up here and there. I definitely felt thing while reading it. But everything was in the shadow of the great antihero-like main character- Bunny. Bunny could be hero of any Bukowski book with everything vulgar, everything human. I did like the book but it’s not something you’ll read anytime you want. It’s something you have to feel inside to consume it whole.
