I read this for two reasons:
1 my wife had read it before
2 it's a two-hour audiobook
Seemed a little hokey, especially since the authors, a married couple, are kind of pretending it's a conversation between the two of them and you. At first, this was like when you ask a couple how they met and what their advice is for staying together. Then they just go off on a couple ramble for 2 hours. But it got a little better
