I am kind of mad I didn't get to this series sooner considering different people have been recommending it to me for literally ten years. I am thrilled I finally did because it is AMAZING! Found family, epic journey, light vs dark, hidden power, secret histories, chosen one, and insane history & world building with zero info dump. I am so into this. 

I am going to be highly focused on this series for a while. If you like high fantasy and haven't read this yet, you definitely should.
