Icebound by Meredith Trapp

3.0

Icebound by Meredith trapp follows age gap hockey romance between hockey goalkeeper Rhode Tremblay and college art student Nina Alstyne.

I love hockey books. The banter between rhode and his teammates was amazing. I couldn't get into the first half of the book (because I was kinda in a slump), but i enjoyed the second half.

Some things that I didn't like were how many times Rhode mentioned that he was so much older than Nina and she deserves someone her age.
and Nina's sister was so annoying , and after everything she did to Nina , how can she forgive her so easily. I found the story repetitive and there wasn't much happening.

Safe to say, I liked Micah and patty daddy more than Rhode.

Read this book if you like:
- hockey romance
- he falls first
- age gap (him: 33, her: 22)
- refeomed playboy x college student
- mental health rep

*Thank you so much love notes pr and Meredith trapp for the ARC, this is my honest review*
