I wound up reading the first and last stories, each of which is one side of the correspondence between two people. I really enjoyed that though I did have a hard time keeping the timelines straight, I think there were at least a couple of near misses. I started the second story but just couldn’t get into it. Usually I don’t look at reviews when I’m deciding whether or not to finish something but this time I did, and I ended up skipping the third story as it abounded like it might have a similar philosophical vibe to the second one.
