This book is ridiculous and I love it. The conceit is that it is a narrative reconstructed around 2015, but it was written in the sixties so it’s set in the middle future. But of course I’m reading it in 2020, putting the story in the recent past.

Starts off as lovecraft fanfic but then basically abandons that aspect as unimportant. Apparently written in response to a challenge to do lovecraft better lol
