Pure fun. Sarah J Maas continues to deliver with the fourth installment of the Throne of Glass series. There's really not a lot to say besides this book is a rollicking good time. Chock full of action, adventure, and magic but not so light that you feel unsatisfied at the end of the 600+ pages. There's a surprising amount of depth to be found here with some unexpected emotion and intensity woven into the plot. Throw in a slow burn romance that'll make you blush, a truly evil villain, a few (or maybe more than a few) morally grey characters you can't stop cheering for, and you end up with a wild ride that I just couldn't put down. I can't wait to dive into book number five to find out what Aelin and Co. are up to next!
