I really enjoyed the premise of the book, but my god, I couldn’t care about Drew and Chloe. I don’t know if that’s because of the writing or if it’s something to do with their characterization, but I tried really hard to care. I felt for Chloe and her strained relationship with her family, but I still couldn’t care. Overall, it’s quite fun, but just okay.
