This book wrecked me, I devoured it so fast. The prose and some of the lines… I’ll actually never forget. The characters and the world mean so much to me. This sequel is everything and MORE, it makes Divine Rivals look like nothing next to it. Loved more details on the gods and the worldbuilding, but you can tell it’s not the main focus, not that I minded. I feel happy, sad, empty, like fuck Rebecca Ross knows how to write a damn book.

I WISH ATTIE’S SINGING AND PREPARATION FOR THE BATTLE WAS IN THIS MORE! Also Forest killed me 🙁
