I can't quite figure out how I feel about this book.

On the one hand it's quite good fun, with a plot that takes approximately ten thousand detours. It's all over the place and melodramatic, but that's partly why it's such good fun. Although I'm not sure it was intending to be seen that way.

On the other hand though, there were more than a few times I rolled my eyes. Seriously, the relationship between Prudence and Sebastian was so back and forth I had whiplash by the end.

Mostly though I did enjoy it. And it was certainly an adventure!
