Voyage of the Damned by Frances White
5.0
Seriously ! What a ride !!! Imagine twelve young people gifted with powers stuck on a ship together for twelve days. They cannot stand each other and one of them is a murder. As they are found, one after another, dead in very suspicious situations, one question remains, who is doing it ?
Think cluedo and Agatha Christie in a magical environment. It is fun, and truly entertaining. Frances White created an army of characters with unique characteristics and depth. This read was pure delight : I enjoyed absolutely everything, from the humor to the strong world building. This novel is full of unexpected twists and made me hold my breath until almost the last page. Frances White plays with the reader, sharing clues along the way. I guarantee that you will fall in love with the fabulous cast, and above all with the main character, Dee.
