Okay I love this series and can’t wait for the next. The concept feels really original. I’ve read a lot of stories where humans and fae live parallel to one another but this one feels really fresh!

*spoilers* but not really. Just talking in detail about characters and some relationships/ dynamics

Some things i loved:
•I LOVE that this story has fated mates but I particularly love that it isn’t like a true love over night kind of thing. There’s an adjustment period and the love interests are still getting to know one another and how to be with each other
•I love that we see Vera not only learning who she is but who she is in relation to other people. Her character development is really authentic and real. There were so many points where she went from excited to disappointed, over confident to embarrassed, hopefull to disillusioned and you really FEEL it with her. Great writing.
•the editing/writing is really smooth. The pacing, world building, characters all of it is great. I have blown through both books in this series because I just completely lose time because it’s so easy to get sucked in!!
•FANTASTIC spice. The perfect amount, scenes lasted the right amount of time just
