A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

4.0

I've been very much enjoying Sherlock adaptations this year after diving into all of Enola Holmes in the spring/ summer so naturally I wanted to end the year with another, and being out of Enola to read, decided to finally give Charlotte a try.

I appreciated the mystery, it was easy enough to follow but with enough twists and turns that I didn't have an answer from the outset which was nice. The characters are fun and unique enough despite their mirroring of Holmes and Watson.

The pacing felt right, the romance elements were cute, and despite not really liking boarding school fiction as a general rule, I found this to be an overall a fun read!
