I liked the initial part of this book, but at the halfway point (where I stopped), I couldn't see where the end could go. I wasn't sure if the ending would have a positive note (I want that from a romance). It seemed to get going pretty quickly but then maybe slowed down. There's also some white saviorism sprinkled in, red flag.
