I think I enjoyed this more than the first book??
There was a lot of world-building, which I like. Sometimes many POVs can be distracting but I found it helped understand the world-building more so it worked!
At the end of the first book I was wondering a lot about Otta, but I didn’t like her character at all. I didn’t understand her motives whatsoever until the very end. It made for a cool grand reveal BUT I had to suffer through her character the whole book first so I’m not sure if it was worth it. I probably would’ve liked some insight earlier more.
