A fantastic start to this series! I've had multiple people recommend this to me, and I'm finally getting around to reading it. A lot of people mentioned it reminded them of Stranger Things, but it honestly reminds me a little of that, but also Super 8 as well. This is the first issue, so it's pretty short, but it instantly had me hooked. The cliffhanger surprised me and made me want to instantly read the next issue. I also really liked the art! There is a bit of an issue with same-face syndrome, but the character designs are unique enough that it's not a huge issue. The color schemes of some of the pages are gorgeous.
