This wasn't my favourite mafia romance. I don't really enjoy enemies to lovers for one and I especially didn't like that fact that Anni was so young.
I also didn't like the obsession with her being a virgin. I felt like her relationship with Lorenzo didn't really flow right and it felt strange with how quickly he retracted his accusations when it came to the leak. I think Anni also behaved to recklessly at times and I didn't enjoy how she was suddenly totally submissive in bed and wanted to learn so she could please him.

I did enjoy seeing the kids though and I thought Anni's family were pretty funny.
