The Songbird & the Heart of Stone by Carissa Broadbent
4.0
This was a really good spinoff to the original Crowns of Nyaxia duology, focusing on Mische.
If you came to this book hoping that questions from Raine and Oraya's story would be answered, you came to the wrong place.
This book builds upon the world of Obitreas, but within the other kingdom of Shadow that we barely saw in the original series. I enjoyed this book and the lore we received. It is heavily focused on Mische's journey both physically through the underworld and mentally through the past and her relationship with her god.
Ends kind of on a cliffhanger. Very excited for the next book.
