Wow what a story. The writing was gorgeous and after the first 20% I couldn’t put it down. This is much more about a relationship then a romance, but I loved how it unfolded. There was just enough plot tension and mystery to keep me highly invested without over complicating things. I expect a lot more of the magic world building in the sequel. It ends in a cliffhanger and I cannot wait to read book two later this year.
