General Comments: Jamaican Folklore; a system of political matriarchy fuelled by magic, bound by betrayal, and held together by manipulation and sheer force of will. The basic set-up – as well as – the general promotion is full of twists and turns involving morally grey characters. However, the characters are not clear cut, combined with a vast swath of supporting character is it difficult to connect to them.
