This is an excellent book I did not always enjoy reading.  I was often uncomfortable and unsettled, and being in Alice's mind was challenging.  As I was reading, I wondered if I would even finish it, if I hadn't loved Elliot's first book (A Mind Spread Out on the Ground).  I'm so glad I stuck with it - that ending was, WOW.
