This is the third book in the Wolf Valley series which can also be read as a standalone, but I can't help myself, I read all of them and of course, I have to compare them. This one was definitely the best of those three.
I didn't have a problem to like the characters this time. They have their own traumas but eventually, they manage to get their life into order, fall in love and find their happily ever after.
I am starting to like this small town more somehow and I think that if there is another book with Foster (that's only what I think) I will read it, just to know what else happened to those poor people and how the life of the people from the previous book is going.
If you need something quick to read with a little bit of romantic, found family, sweet moments and characters with traumatic backgrounds you should try this one.
