I love Anna and her book on anxiety was one of the best I've ever read, so with being a single mum I thought this book would be helpful for when the time came to explore dating again. However, I really didn't connect with much of this. I'm not sure if it was the blog style writing or the speed in which it went from one stepping stone to another. Although it gave me the opportunity to think a bit deeper about myself and what I want from relationships, I was disappointed in the lack of actual advice in regards to dating, etc. In this day and age, I think most of us comes with some form of baggage, so it was a shame for it to not get covered. It was all a bit too  unicorns and roses for me. That being said, Teens and those just starting out in the serious relationship world, would probably be a perfect audience for this book, but for a more mature person it may need to be expanded into maybe 2 books, one for dating and another for relationships.
