This was a stuff your kindle day freebie! I can certainly see the “pride & prejudice” appeal here, and it’s a nice and quick intro to the series with great world building. That being said, I think the love interest between the two MCs completely fell flat to the point I was more interested in their siblings? This is also a no-spice fade to black fantasy that happens to feature a bit of romance.
