My least favorite book in the series, by far.
I tried 4 times to finish this book, over a 2 month period. I kept hitting a brick wall, because I found both the H/h Paul & Vanessa to be incredibly unlikable characters. Especially Vanessa. She was just far too over-bearing and annoying. And Paul was...well, pretty much a doormat for the majority of the book.

In all honesty, it didn't even feel like a Virgin River book to me. Hopefully, this was just a bump in the road, and things get back on track with the next installment.
