Very interesting. It was a lot of actual transcripts from the court case along with newspaper articles and a few interviews as well. Which I love. I like my non fiction to be facts and not speculation.

The way the newspaper and practically everyone treated and talked to/about women was just wild! I know this took place in the 1800's and sexism was commonplace. I expected it going into this read, but I was just not prepared for that volume of misogyny.
