I liked this book. It was fun, easy and quick read. Cool world and concept.
Things that knocked it down a point:
Repetitive phrases to describe her “intuition”, and I she doesn’t need to run her teeth over her lower lip a thousand times. I just found it annoying but it definitely isn’t a deal breaker. I was invested the whole way.
I also think something was really missing in the Grady relationship aspect. I just don’t feel compelled to care about him at all and I think that’s going to affect things as the second book comes along.
Thorne is a presumptive ass and I absolutely loved him.
