Girl in the Middle: a short story by Evie Gaughan
5.0
Gaughan's penchant for comedy is a real winner in this immersive read that uses laugh-out-loud humour and vivid characterization to address the theme of aloneness. Gerald never speaks a word but in him, we find an intensely likable hero.
