Perfect by Ellen Hopkins

5.0

I picked this up at the library to take a walk down memory lane and reminisce about when I was 14 an hated myself. About halfway through I plateaued and wrote Ellen Hopkins off as a writer for insecure middle class tweens. But the ending got me and I remembered just how amazing her works are. This book is not the best thing I have ever read but it is touching and makes you think as all good books should do.
