This is very gory and bloody. The protagonist is a psychiatrist named Ruby who gets too attached to two of her violent patients and decides to go on a killing spree. She writes her story with a crayon while she is in prison. This is my first time reading something by Allisha McAdoo and I am definitely going to seek out more of her stuff.
