I just didn't really feel connected to or like any of the characters. The writing also felt a bit stiff to me. And the main guy (Lucien) was SO privileged (his mom was mentored by De Koonig (and this is just a casual chill thing hahahah) and he lived in some bougie apartment in Prospect Heights?? lmao) but was just like moping around LA. Idk, not a vibe I really need to read much of—like go to therapy?? I don't care bro.
