I read this book in one sitting. Trust me, when I'm determined I can read the whole dictionary too... anyway, Beth Flynn is an author whose writing I have come to love.
This book was no different. I enjoyed going back to the nine minutes world even though the cameos from other characters is limited. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it all the same...
To the review...
This story felt safe..does that dear reader make sense? You know when I read the first book in the series, it gave me an unearthly feeling of crazy, drama, sometimes disgust and nothing about it was safe. I experienced all sorts of emotions.
This story was just....mh...let me rephrase this real quick.
Yes, it was a sweet story. Yes, you could feel the pull. Yes, there was the drama. Yes there were so many is he or is he not?(wink, wink) without forgetting the is she gonna do it or not and finally the big are they going to or are they not?
Something about it kept me going to the last page despite the safeness that was enveloping me as I read.
Dear reader, if you are expecting the same from this book as the other books in the series please loose that expectation.
It's still an awesome story with expected and unexpected turns but not the crazy I was expecting...
