The plot lagged at times, and I could’ve done with this being about a hundred pages shorter…but it was so good! I loved this couple. The spice wasn’t quite as spicy, but I thought Opal did such an amazing job developing their relationship.

For the overarching series arc - I’m excited to meet more mavka moving forward, and I’m obsessed with the Witch Owl. Give me her book, please!
