Wayfarer by Alexandra Bracken
4.0
Wayfarer is the conclusion to the Passenger duology; an epic story full of possibilities as the characters explore the world and history at the same time (yay for time travel!) There are so many twists and turns, that it kept me guessing right the way through, and there's a healthy dose of romance to complement all the adventures. I rooted for these characters so much and teared up at the end. The only reason this book didn't get 5 stars from me, like Passenger did, is because Etta and Nicholas are kept apart for almost the whole book, which was a little frustrating. I missed them together; not just for the romance but because of how they work together and bounce off each other. Thank goodness they had interesting travel companions. I particularly loved Sophia's character development, she basically steals every scene she's in. All in all, I really love this duology, even if it left me with the biggest book hangover!
