The ending of this duology was EVERYTHING. It was all the action packed excitement and perfect sweetness I needed. Knowing this was the end of this story made me so sad 😭 

In this second and final book, Rylee ends up leaving the Jackals (Colton included) and heading to the vipers den.

The plot of the duology as a whole was literally so amazing. This could be an entire 10 season TV series and I’d watch the hell out of it. The emotions, the secrets, the EVERYTHING. 

Book one was already amazing so I was extremely happy that Emmerson straight up DELIVERED for book two. AS SHE SHOULD’VE. 

This entire family of characters will forever be engraved into my brain, I’ll always love the jackals and even the “viper prick” too. 

Such an amazing read.
