Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson
4.0
pip is back with another town mystery to solve. after debating the consequences of her last adventure, she agrees to help her friend, connor, when his older brother goes missing. the police won't do anything, so it's up to pip and ravi and their viral podcast to put the pieces together. will they find him in time?????
i actually enjoyed this book better than the first. the pacing is faster and the stakes are higher because this is an active case. the plot felt more believable when compared to the first book as well. as a high school student, pip continued to make some questionable choices, but nothing that threw me off too much.
i've heard the third book is polarizing in terms of how people feel so i'm excited to see what pip and ravi get into next.
